🏅 Adweek Experiential Award - Best Virtual Consumer Activation
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic we pivoted our experiential activation team and created FX Unlocked, a virtual event created by FX Networks for Comic-Con 2020. Instead of the traditional in-person panels and presentations, FX Unlocked was a digital experience that gave fans an opportunity to engage with the network's shows and content in an innovative, virtual format.
The event featured exclusive content, games, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and interviews with cast and crew from popular FX shows such as Fargo, What We Do in the Shadows, and Archer. It allowed fans to interact with the content in a new way, offering live Q&As, sneak peeks, and deep dives into the creative processes behind the network's hit series. FX Unlocked was a leader in the broader trend of virtual events and online activations designed to replace traditional conventions during the pandemic.
